Yes! Please bring any previous medical or psychiatric records, a list of current medications or supplements, and any questions or concerns you’d like to discuss.
Dr Dlamini accepts medical aid payments, subject to the available funds on your medical aid. This means we can submit claims to most major South African medical aids, but we are not contracted to all schemes. If a claim is rejected or there is a shortfall, the main account holder remains responsible for the outstanding amount. Cash payments are also welcome in the rooms.
Yes. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Absolutely. All consultations and reports are conducted in a confidential, supportive, and professional environment.
